Scintilla® Garri Flour

Scintilla® is a very fine, smooth gluten-free flour made from roasted cassava (or commonly known as "Garri") that can be used as an all-purpose flour. This unique gluten-free flour can be used in a multitude of ways in the kitchen, from making golden delicious gluten-free bread, pancakes, pastries and a variety of other tasty baked goods. It can be used as a meal (in the typical sense of "swallow" or "fufu") or just as an all-purpose flour. Scintilla® has a rich and nutritious content that sets it far apart from other flours on the market. It is processed in a clean facility and the production line is free from all common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and wheat.  Because it is roasted, it is ready to eat, and is easier to digest than virtually any other flour.  Home-grown, manufactured, and packaged at its source in Africa, Scintilla® is all natural, with no chemical pesticides or fertilizers.  It is trans fat-free and cholesterol-free.
